5G home broadband no internet connection

Hi I just received my new modem but it seems I don’t have internet connection. I followed and checked the modem and SIM card but still I don’t have internet.

How many lights are On currently?

Have you tried to reset the modem/router?

Is this a replacement modem/router or this is a new account with a new modem/router?
