5g modem lights flashing

Hi, the signal lights of my 5G modem are flashing green and won’t stop, I’ve tried resetting it and when I go to check the connectivity it says that my modem is disconnected from the internet, however my phone and laptop still connect to the wifi but there is no internet provided
