There are 2 possible issues causing dropouts with the service Wireless Intereference or Line Fault, let us have a look and get to the bottom of this also request an update for the modem's firmware if available.
Could you send us the following details.
Username/Customer ID and Complete address on file.
Also include the current version of the firmware, Serial Number and MAC address for the update request.

The wireless network has been disconnected sometimes, can I please have my router's firmware upgraded as I believe it has never been upgraded since I got it from TPG 3yrs ago. Thanks.
