hi, I'm looking to purchase the Amplifi HD router and mesh system by Ubiquiti. Does anyone know if it works with TPG NBN? I have a HFC connection at my house. TIA

Before purchasing a device for your TPG NBN HFC service, you need to check the Manual or contact their support team to inquire if it's NBN ready.

If yes, please make sure that you can configure the VLAN ID to 2 as it is required for the NBN HFC technology.

Remember: The manufacturer of the device is more knowledgeable of their own product.

Thanks for that. Can I connect the Amplifi router directly into the NBN box? Or do I need to purchase a modem as well

It depends if it is an NBN ready router and if you can set the VLAN ID to 2 on it.

You may contact the Support team of your router or check the Manual to confirm.
