Get online support
Hi,
I purchased an Apple tv 4k box yesterday and have tried installing it at home, but continue to receive an error message that the apple application server is unavailable.
I have tried 2 tv's, 2 hdmi cables but get the same message on trying to start up.
Quick google said there may be issue with the settings on the modem. I have a Huawei HG659.
Any help?

Hi,
Ive tried all the suggestions from Apple.
Is it possible the router firmware needs updating? These are the current specs:
And its definately a problem in the modem/router, as i switched it off, and used hotspot via my phone and the appletv connected fine.
