Archer VR 1600 - can't find 2.4Ghz wireless

Hi there. Having trouble finding the 2.4Ghz wireless network on our Archer VR 1600 v2. Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

- 2.4Ghz not visible on any of our devices, despite green light on modem

- 5Ghz wireless is still accessible

- In settings, 2.4 is listed as enabled

- Experimented with changes to the 2.4 security/channels/SSIDs, still not able to find it on any of our devices

- Guest network also only seems to work with 5Ghz when enabled, but not on 2.4

- Factory reset did not solve issue

Any advice on next steps would be appreciated, thanks Smiley Happy

Welcome to the community, @IntrepidTurtle !

I can see that most of the troubleshooting has been done, lets push the modem/router's firmware to the latest version and see if it will do the trick.

Send me a Private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

How do I private message (PM) in the community

Issues seems to have resolved itself after 24 hours of letting it be. Then, after changing SSID again on 24G it went missing for a few hours again. But now I can't replicate the issue. Could've just been something blocking the signal, not sure.

If anyone is in the same boat, hopefully that's reassuring.
