Archer VR1600v Firmware upgrade

Hi,

I have a Archer VR1600v Ver:1.0 router at home.
I see a Firmware upgrade tab on the Security options of the router dashboard.

So I'm wondering:

1/ how to know if my router firmware is up to date?

2/ is my router firmware upgraded automatically or not?
