Hi there, much like others that have posted in this community support page, my modem appears to be overheating as it’s very hot to touch and has a yellow stain on it. This appears to be an ongoing issue with this particular modem (Archer VR1600v). I’ve never experienced this before with any other modems. This is probably not safe to keep using, can you please advise how this issue can be resolved? Thank you.
