Hi. Could you please check my firmware and update if necessary.
Firmware v 0.1.00.91 v5006. 0
Build 180828 Rel 54616n
I also cannot see the 2.4ghz on my network even though the light is on the modem. I have a MESH network through the home. Could this be hiding it or is it a modem issue. Thanks.

We tried to locate your account using your community details to no avail.

 

Your modem currently has the latest firmware available.

 

It's possible that the Mesh is interfering with the 2.4GHz network of your main modem/router, but you may also check the settings within the modem interface. We've created an article that will guide you with some steps to improve your network.
