We have been using TPG supplied TP-link Archer VR1600v Modem Router. For the last couple of months it is keep shutting down itself after a day or two. Have to manually hit the power button off and on to get it running and pretty warm to touch. I guess it is overheated. Tried reset, still having same problem. And one night we have someone came in to our backyard, that our wifi cameras caught nothing due to modem shut down itself on that night. Really let us down as it was not working at the time we really need it for. Wondering if TPG can arrange replacement or better different modem router for us.
