Similar to some of the other posts, I have an Archer VR1600v 1.0 and I am experiencing dropouts and some drastically fluctuating speeds. I have looked for the firmware update but there are none on the TP-Link website for our product, even though it has been noted by a moderator in a previous post that one is available. My router details are as follows:

We're sad to know that you're having issues with the service. The modem/router has the latest firmware version. There is no downloadable firmware for our supplied modem, our Engineering team usually do it remotely.
We tried to use your community details to pull up the account but no matching records were found. To better understand what causing these dropouts and speed issue. Shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
