It was very stable under Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2. The newer firmware is causing constant drop-outs every minute!

Hi @ttnguyen101,

The firmware should not affect the performance of the service. We can confirm that the dropouts is possible modem/router issue. Please confirm a factory reset on the modem/router by pushing the pinhole at the back of the modem.

It may take 3-5mins to re-establish the internet connection, let us know how it will go.

After the firmware pushed, the router no longer save configuration settings. I don't know if it was due to the firmware push or it just failed co-incidentally.

I have another router at hand and will use it for now. it has this firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.56416n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v1

I have also done the hard reset using the pin but it still would not retain settings. I guess the firmware pushed kill it Smiley Sad
