Hello

How do we update the modem to the latest firmware. I have a Archer VR1600v v2.0 firmware version 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 210413 Rel.19548n I have been having issues with internet drop outs amd wireless drop out. I have been using a draytek modem to test for about a month and have noticed the differnece with hardly any drop outs. Does the Archer VR1600v support SOS/ROC? If not how do we go about getting a modem that does
