Hi
I'm having lots of issues with internet reliability since changing from ADSL to NBN. I'm on the NBN100 plan and average speeds throughout the day is between 30mbps to 50mbps which is unacceptable in my view given that I'm now required to work from home. My connection has dropped out multiple times this morning in the space of an hour, I've lost count how many times but it seems to be happening every few minutes.
Can you check whether my modem has the latest firmware installed? If not, can you push through the firmware upgrade asap so I can see whether this makes any different.
