Archer VR500v v1 00000000 OpenVPN Stuck on Generating Certificate

Just tried to get OpenVPN running and enabled OpenVPN and clicked save.

Below the option to turn OpenVPN on the Certificate area is displaying a spinner and says "generating certificate" or similar.

I waited for several hours and then rebooted the modem and when I returned to the OpenVPN area it still says generating certificate.

Is there any way to trigger or restart cert creation without wiping and restarting the installation? (i.e. via a CLI)

The modem is a TPG supplied modem which came in Kogan packaging.

I don't want to use PPTP or site to site IPSec.

Hi @toggenation,

Thanks for raising this to us, could you send us a the current firmware version of the modem. We will coordinate this with our Network Engineers.

How to send a PM?
