Moving home - Internet not working

Hi team,

I have recently applied for ‘Moving Home’ feature to a new property. Got a confirmation message from TPG that my new property is NBN ready. I plugged in my TPG modem in the new property with all right connections but still get that orange light in modem for internet.

I have contacted TPG team muliplte times, but the response I get is the engineering team will call me back to look into the issue. But still i did mot receive a call yet.

Can someone please suggest if there is something I can do to rectify the issue?

Hi @Rishi195, it sounds like the installation/activation has been completed. But since it is not working and case was escalated to the engineers, it appears that there a network fault impacting your service. 

 

Let's take a look at the ticket and chase for updates on the investigation. Could you send us the ticket number or confirm the new address via private message?
