Hi, We currently have an Archer VR1600V modem but the past 1-2 day the power light flashes but no other lights are on & we can no longer connect to Internet. I have done as suggested in some other chats on the community and no change. Can you please advise our next steps? Modem isn't that old (maybe 2yrs) but as we work from home we need help/a fix asap please.
