Hi
After the firmware upgrade, i am still having issues with devices dropping off the network, i have disabled the 2.4GHz and am only using the 5GHz wireless SSID. This seems to be around every 2 days.
Hi @ogruca
I have checked your NBN-FTTC 50/20 service and all tests are passing at this stage,
I did see that NBN were just out there recently, and there is still an open incident waiting to be closed by them. Its may have been network issues at the cause of things and not your modem.
It is possible some of your issues is/was NBN doing their works on the network.
Give it a few days and hopefully they have resolved it in the network and it settles down. NBN will close the service incident when they have completed it.
