Following a thunderstorm in Sydney last night my NBN (HFC) modem has died.

There a no lights on the front panel. There is no indication that the modem is alive.

I removed the power adaptor plug from the back of the modem and confirmed that it is supplying 12VDC to the modem. I have emailed Helpdesk twice but have received no further communication with TPG.

The modem also provides the land line to my premises.
