I have joined TPG on a bundle package with no modem after install I find out my modem is locked to optus
Can I pay the $100 to order a modem if yes
How do I do this

Hi @ykennedy1 . When you say "locked to optus", do you mean you can't login to the admin function to change the setup for TPG? What model is it?

@ykennedy1 . Is it a matter of not knowing the ip address to put in the browser or the userid and password for the admin login?
