Awaiting Auto configuration

Hi, I have reset my modem due to speed issues and now cannot seem to get past the auto configuration stage prior to being able to use it. I’ve attached the screen I’m stuck on. I’ve spoken to customer service but they couldn’t rectify and stated they’d escalate although I’m yet to hear back. Any help would be great. Thanks
