Cannot connect to VR1600v admin page

hi

 

I cannot access the admin page for my modem VR1600V. I used the IP address 192.168.1.1 and it times out. I;ve run the diagnostic and it says that ist active but cannot connect to the router. There is no problem with my internet connection.

 

The last changes I made to it was to the parental control on the router to block sites. I've followed the instructions in the manual to access the admin page, short of resetting the modem.

Hi @rtab 

 

I would say try another browser. If that doesn't work I would say the factory reset would be your only other option.

Before I reset, where do I get the config for the modem to set up my modem?
