I am curious to find out if I can monitor the web browser history over Wi-Fi with my TP Link C1200,

I don't believe it's an option from the box, but would like it set up to monitor what my kids are browsing at both connected to LAN and Wi-Fi

You are correct, it is not possible to view the browsing history of each device connected to TP-Link C1200.
