Cable error 8180

We’ve had no internet for 24 hours.
There are no known outages.
When trouble shooting, there’s no internet connected and error message ‘cable error 8180’.
I’ve logged a fault on the app, but there’s no confirmation or indication of timing for when we’ll hear back.

We've checked the account and understand that this case has been raised to our Engineers.

The issue was escalated to our wholesale provider (NBN Co) and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours as soon as it becomes available.
