hi there, my wifi recently got dropout every night as currently still using the original modem, Huawei HG659. May I request to have the modem change to TP Link? Mostly I need to powercycle the modem to have my TV Box streaming, otherwise the TV Box won't work at all. During that time, only the TV Box being used, no Youtube or other thing using the internet.
As I have been with TPG for over 4 years, I would say it should be the time to have the modem changed. Thanks.
