Can TPG remotely reboot my modem for me if I'm away from home?

Are you having issues with the service lately? Can you tell us more about why you want to reboot your modem?
My connection drops out frequently following stormy weather. It doesn’t reset itself and I usually have to reboot the modem. I am away at present and I am unable to manually reboot it.

You may reboot the modem manually as we also recommend to do it at least once or twice in a month.

Hi, I'm not at the property - I have two accounts, one at a holiday home, I just note my NAS and security camera at that property have gone offline, so wondered if it was possible for TPG to force a reboot remotely of the modem.

We can remotely test and check your line status but we do not have access to remotely turn the modem off/on.
