Cannot connect my new modem

Hi there,

 

I do gaming every now and then and for the past few days it is impossible to play anything ( lagging alot ). So I thought maybe my modem had it enough and time for a new one. I purchased D-LINK AC200 DSL-3890 and I still have the same problem.

However, now I cannot connect my new modem to internet. I checked all the settings are correct;

VDSL 

PPPOE

VDSL ID : 2

User Name: *******

Password : *******

I can connect with my old modem but i cannot connect with my new one.

Any help will be great.
