[2020-03-31 11:10:27] [Eric] Ok, I was advised that since we don't have enough resources on the TP Link modem that you have. I advise you to better consult the manufacturer of the which is the TP Link.
[2020-03-31 11:12:18] [Matthew] TP Link doesn't supply firmware for this device as each provider customises the firmware with network specific information. As a result, there's no publically available firmware that I can download from TP-Links support website. I've also seen many TPG Community forum conversations where TPG support has pushed out a firmware update remotely, hence my request. Should I jump onto the TPG community forum instead and request it there?
