Cannot connect to internet on android phone

I have been with TPG for about 2 months, phone was connecting to internet at first but now does not.  I have adjusted settings but makes no difference.

What troubleshooting have you done so far? We can confirm that the service is internet is working at the moment. In the event that you have perform a factory reset to the modem. Send us a PM with your best contact number and preferred time so we can have our Team to contact you for real-time test and investigation.
