I purchased this modem router as our TPG one died for the 4th time. NBN have checked the line and all is good. I’ve followed the instructions to set it up but still can’t connect. Need help.

@Anflis66 . Have you set the WAN Access Type and VLAN ID?

For FTTB/N, WAN access type is VDSL.

For FTTC/HFC, WAN access type is Ethernet.

In each case, VLAN tagged is Enabled, VLAN ID=2, Priority=0.
