Connection lost to TP-LINK Archer VR1600v


Hi @Jono87,


Your modem has been connected to our server for at least 9 hours.


Can you confirm if the light indicators on the modem for 2.4G and 5G are lit?

Both indicator lights are on. Please find attached for the latest pics.

I am able to logon to the rounter via wire network.

I attempted to change the name of ssid but getting Error code: 1

Can you reboot (turning it off and on) the modem first to see if that would fix the issue? If the modem is still not broadcasting the WIFI networks, perform a reset next (using the reset button at the back).

Router restart works. I have also changed the names of wifi.
