Connection problems

Just installed a tp- vx420-g2h it's working great but I can't keep my nest hubs connected the are working but when you ask for something it tells you something went wrong or there is a glich

Have you contacted Nest Hub support team to check on the device?

Were you experiencing issues with other devices aside from the Nest Hub?
