Hi all,
We've been with TPG for 12 years, and on NBN FTTN (still haven't been upgraded yet) for about 6 of those years all with the included HG659, and we're finding that over the last year or so the wifi and internet overall has been getting unstable.
Is this a case of the modem finally giving up on it's life? Do I have to source my replacement through TPG? Only if I want to keep VOIP? I see TPG offers the $100 rebate for new customers, but nothing for existing ones I assume.

We'd like to check the status of your connection to ensure that there's no underlying connection issue.
The modem rebate is only available for new sign ups only but we'd be happy to check what we can do with the modem concern.

Not realising they were open today, I just gave the accounts team a call and the're sending me a replacement modem for free (no shipping fee). Very happy with the service!
