Could you please send me a new NBN Arris CM8200 box?

I just moved into a new house and the old Arris CM8200 box from the previous owner is not working (no power at all).

I am waiting for my new TPG wifi modem to come and could you please request a new NBN box (Arris CM8200) for me?
