What type of NBN connection do you have?
Is the old router still working? Check if VLAN ID is enabled or disabled.
(Bundled NBN/VOIP plan uses VLAN ID even if you don't use a phone. Data Only plan doesn't use VLAN ID.)
The Covr manual has this: Support 802.1p & 802.1q VLAN tagging and Priority bit.
But it doesn't say where it is set.
