Hi Itried to connect my new modem DSL2878. I chose tpg and put my tpg username and password. But no success. Could you please help me.

TPG does not provide support on third party devices. however

The modem DSL-2878 is a ADSL/VDSL modem and limited on WAN interface.

It may not suitable with NBN HFC/FTTP please refer to manual
