My internet connection stopped last night and I've reset and tried all the necessary actions but still no luck.

You might want to check first if your service is affected by an outage/maintenance here: NBN Outage Status & TPG Service Status 

Otherwise, PM us with your TPG account details so we can sort the connection issue.
