DSL light flashes a couple times, then blank for a few minutes, then flashes a couple of again.....no internet

I've just moved apartment & have got a text from TPG saying that my install is complete

Probem is.....

The DSL light flashes a couple times, then it's blank for a few minuntes, then it flashes again a couple of times, then it's blank for a few minuntes, then it flashes again a couple of times........... this is just happening over & over & over

There's no sign of internet connection happening 

Can I get this looked at because there's no internet connection at all ?
