I’ve just moved home and received my new modem.
I’ve received a text reminding me to connect my modem to continue installation.
I’m trying to set it up but the manual says I need to connect it to a nbn connection device, and I have not received one.
I’ve tried calling the tpg call line only to hung up on.
How can I get an ncd urgently?
