Hi there, I’ve now received my ncd and just tried to connect it, but now the connection light is flashing red/blue. Manual says to contact internet provider. Any ideas on how I can get it connected? Hi there I’ve just moved home and received my new modem. I’ve received a text reminding me to connect my modem to continue installation. I’m trying to set it up but the manual says I need to connect it to a nbn connection device, and I have not received one. I’ve tried calling the tpg call line only to hung up on.
