Hi, Can anyone tell me the VOIP Vlan settings, the VOIP VLAN ID & Priority ID & maybe what phone I could purchase that has a lan connection.

Welcome to the Community!
The bundled phone VoIP service will not work with a third party modem/router.
We use a special firmware for the provided modem/router for the service to work.
