@tpana007 . Are you configuring using a browser connected to Eero web server or using the App? Is the App up to date as well?
On the ISP Settings screen which shows DHCP (default), can you tap WAN type to get extra options, or does it just go to the WAN type screen showing IP address, subnet mask, etc?
Is it an Eero 6 or more basic?
You may have to contact Eero support to find out why PPPoE is not showing.
