Error 403 blocking access to TPG site

Hello, 

When I try to access anything on tpg.com.au I get the error message below. How to fix this please?

What browser are you using to access the tpg website?

 

Are you able to test it on your other devices?

Hi @BasilDV,

 

This error happens on Microsoft Edge on a Windows 11 PC fully up-to-date with patches, etc. running on a Intel NUC.

 

I have tried access from another PC in the home (Windows 10 and Edge, on same wired network) and that pc can access the site. Chrome on iPhone also can access from the WiFi network.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

 

Do you have any other browser on your Win 11 PC?

I had disabled Ad Blocker, cleared browser cache and turned off other browser extensions that should have had no effect (they didn't).

A few days later (now) the access is restored and I don't seem to have done anything my end to fix this specifically.
