Error after upgrading to 50Mbps NBN plan

I have started receiving below error messages on my mobile phone after my NBN service was upgraded from 25Mbps to 50Mbps plan on Monday 6th April. The Internet and phone works fine. Just that this error keeps popping up on mine and also my wife's phone - both connected to NBN Internet. I read somewhere this could be to do with firmware update on the NBN router. Could you please let me know how this can be fixed and if it is firmware related could you please update the firmware on my router.
