we were connected to the NBN yesterday and the tec plugged in the modem and said it would update over night i still don't have the internet light on the tp-link AC1600 moden so have had to reconnect and use my old optus adsl modem to contact you the modem you supplied is still connected to the NBN box it has all the lights green so all good there i recieved a text message saying all good to connect but its not working
i need help asap
