FTTB modem upgrade

If we upgrade to the TP link ac2100 will it be compatible with our FTTB service?

Welcome to the Community!

If it's the TP-Link VR2100 and is marked as VDSL/ADSL modem/router, then it is compatible with your FTTB service.

Make sure that you set the VLAN ID to 2 and configure it with the correct PPPoE username and password (TPG account).
