My FTTC box is dead after a storm, no lights on it at all, I've tried resetting it, changed power points and cords. I've logged a ticket with TPG, was told to wait at home for an NBN rep, no one turned up. I just need a new box, but have been told it's unknown as to when it will be looked at.
