FTTC - NBN DSL blinking - VR1600v

I had an intermittent problem which has now grown to totally no internet. I have a blinking dsl on my nbn box no internet on my router. I tried all the power off and reset button procedures to no avail. I need someone to run a diagnostic. I think it’s a fault outside as seen similar post

It’s fixed itself overnight however I can use the TPG test connection. It still says my modem is disconnected and yet I now have internet. I don’t think it should take overnight to fix.

Can someone please look at my settings on my router - I didn’t get a new router when I moved and I think it has settings for adsl2 because I couldn’t get a fttc or Fttn at last house.

This is my app test from my phone yet it’s now working.

I tried powering off and leaving it as well as unplugging, I reset the nbn box. I’ve never touched any router settings.

It happens from time to time but it’s getting worse. Normally it will fix itself but last night it was DSL blinking for over 4hrs before I went to bed. This morning it was all working.
