FTTC NCD not connecting after today thunderstorms

My NCD connection keek blinking in RED after today thunder, reported to Helpdesk and get reply earliest on Tue.

Any possible way to make it soonest as I really need internet services for my work.

The schedule that was given is the earliest that we can get from our wholesale provider (NBN Co).
