Thanks for raising this to us, please confirm which device has been moved the NBN box or the router? I would love to help see the status of the connection, please send me a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
After unplugging the device to move a cabinet the FTTC connection light is flashing blue. I have moved it to another phone line, power off and on and reset using a pin twice.
I’m still having the same issue.
